Batch Save ChatGPT Conversations to Notion

This guide will help you efficiently save multiple ChatGPT conversations to Notion in one go.

Prerequisites

• You must have completed the initial Notion authorization (see Single Chat Guide)
• A Notion template page for storing conversations

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Batch Save Feature

1. Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar
2. Select "Batch Save" from the popup dialog

2. Configure Sync Settings

1. Select Target Page
   • Choose the Notion page where you want to save the conversations
   • You can select multiple pages if needed
2. Set Sync Range
   • Specify the start and end pages of conversations to sync
   • Each page displays 28 conversations by default
   • You can adjust the range based on your needs
3. Choose Sync Mode
   • Skip Existing: Preserves your previous edits and skips already synced conversations
   • Overwrite: Replaces existing conversations with fresh copies (moves old versions to trash)

3. Start the Sync Process

1. Review your settings
2. Click "Start Sync" to begin the process
3. Monitor the progress bar and status updates

Performance Tips

• For large numbers of conversations, sync in smaller batches
• Average sync time: ~5 seconds per conversation
