• Deleted conversations cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete
• We strongly recommend backing up important conversations before proceeding
• Consider using backup extensions like:
  • Bulk ChatGPT to Notion
  • Bulk ChatGPT to Obsidian

Getting Started

1. Installation and Setup

1. Install the Extension: Add the ChatGPT Bulk Delete extension to your Chrome browser
2. Open ChatGPT: Navigate to chatgpt.com and ensure you're logged in
3. Access the Manager: Click on the extension icon in your browser toolbar and select "Go to Bulk Delete manager"

2. Initial Connection

When you first open the bulk delete manager, the extension will:

• Check your connection to ChatGPT
• Load your conversation history
• Display a warning about backing up important conversations

If you see a connection error:

• Make sure you're logged into ChatGPT in a separate tab
• Refresh the manager page after logging in
