Introduction

Gemini to Notion is a Chrome extension that allows you to export your Google Gemini (gemini.google.com) conversations directly into your Notion workspace. Instantly save a single conversation from the popup, or batch export all your chats from the options page, with advanced sync configuration, Notion database selection, export history, and subscription support.

Installation

1. Download & Install

   • Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for "Gemini to Notion".

   • Click Add to Chrome and follow the prompts to install the extension.

2. Pin the Extension for Quick Access

   • Click the Extensions icon (puzzle piece) in your Chrome toolbar.
   • Find "Gemini to Notion" and click the pin icon to keep it visible.

   

Quick Start: Popup Page

• Notion Authorization

  • Open the popup and click Connect to Notion to authorize access.
  • After authorization, select your target Notion database from the dropdown.
  • You can re-authorize or refresh the database list at any time.

• Export Current Conversation

  • On any Gemini chat page, click the extension icon to open the popup.
  • Click Sync to Notion to export the current conversation to your selected Notion database.
  • You’ll see a status indicator for export progress and any issues.

  

• Sync Configuration

  • Expand the Sync Configuration section to choose how to handle existing conversations:
    • Skip if exists: Do not export if a page with the same URL already exists.
    • Overwrite if exists: Update the existing page in Notion.
    • Always insert new: Create a new page every time.

• Go to Batch Export

  • Click Go Bulk Export or Open Batch Export to open the options page for advanced export.

• Accessing Batch Export
  • Open the options page via the popup or Chrome extension settings.
• Notion Authorization & Database Selection
  • Connect your Notion account and select the target database for exports.
  • Refresh the database list or re-authorize at any time.
• Conversation List & Selection
  • The extension fetches all your Gemini conversations (requires an open gemini.google.com tab).
  • See the total number of conversations and already exported records.
• Batch Export Actions
  • Start Batch Sync: Export all conversations (or just the first page) to Notion.
  • Export Range: Choose to export only the current page or all history.
  • Skip Already Exported: Avoid duplicate exports by skipping conversations already synced.
  • Progress bar and real-time status are shown during export.
  • Cancel export at any time.
• Export Limits
  • Free users can export up to 5 conversations in batch mode.
  • Subscribe to unlock unlimited batch exports.
