Installation

1. Download & Install
   • Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for "Genspark to Obsidian - Batch Export".
   • Click Add to Chrome and follow the prompts to install the extension.
2. Pin the Extension for Quick Access
   • Click the Extensions icon (puzzle piece) in your Chrome toolbar.
   • Find "Genspark to Obsidian" in the list and click the pin icon to keep it visible on your toolbar.

Overview

Genspark to Obsidian - Batch Export is a Chrome extension that helps you export your Genspark AI conversations to Markdown files, perfectly formatted for Obsidian or any Markdown-based note-taking app. You can export a single conversation directly from the popup, or batch export all your chats from the options page, with advanced customization and history management.

1. Popup Page: Quick Export & Navigation

• Export Current Conversation

  When you are on a Genspark chat page, click the extension icon to open the popup.

  • Click Export Current Thread to instantly export the current conversation as a Markdown file.
  • The filename and save path follow your custom settings.
  • You’ll see a status indicator for export progress and any issues.

• Go to Batch Export

  • Click Open Batch Export to jump to the options page for advanced, multi-conversation export.

• Export Settings Preview

  • In the popup, you can view and edit the export subdirectory (save path).
  • See a live preview of the generated filename for the current conversation.

2. Batch Export (Options Page)

• Accessing Batch Export
  • Open the options page via the popup or Chrome extension settings.
• Conversation List
  • View all your Genspark conversations, with support for pagination and refresh.
  • Select individual conversations, or use Select All for bulk actions.
  • Already exported conversations are clearly marked.
• Batch Export Actions
  • Export Selected: Export only the conversations you’ve checked.
  • Export All: Export all conversations in your history (subject to plan limits).
  • Progress bar and real-time status are shown during export.
  • Cancel export at any time.
• Export Limits
  • Free users have a limited number of batch exports; subscribe for unlimited exports.
